Problem: What does the Ignore Timestamp option in the Convolution and Correlation Express VI do?

Solution: The Ignore Timestamp option that appears in the Convolution and Correlation Express VI dialog box allows you to compensate for the length of the filter when performing a convolution or deconvolution. When the box is checked, your resulting signal will have the delay you expect with classic convolution (group delay). With the box unchecked, the resulting signal is shifted negatively in time to compensate for the filter length (by N/2 for an N-tap filter).
