Windows Cannot Load Drivers Required for this Device Error After Installing Software and Hardware for PCI-485/2 Hardware: Serial>>RS-485
Problem: After installing the software and hardware for the PCI-485/2 on a Windows 2000 machine, I get the error Windows cannot load drivers required for this device. The COM ports appear in the Device Manager, but with exclamation points next to them. The diagnostic utility from the NI-Serial driver (NIdiag) does not find the board.
