Receiving Network is Ill-Formed Error When Enabling LabVIEW Web Server

Primary Software: LabVIEW Development Systems>>LabVIEW Professional Development System
Primary Software Version: N/A
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem:
When I try to enable the LabVIEW Web Server from the Tools » Options » Web Server:Configuration, I receive The network address is ill-formed error message. Why is this and how do I solve the issue?

Solution:
This error occurs when you try to enable the web server on the default HTTP port, 80, when another application is utilizing the port. To resolve the error either identify the other program that may be using this port or specify another arbitrary port to use, such as 70 in the case below. To modify the HTTP port which the LabVIEW Web Server uses follow these steps:
  1. From LabVIEW select Tools » Options » Web Server: Configuration
  2. In the configuration dialog box uncheck the Use Default check box and enter the HTTP port that you would like to use.
  3. Click OK
