Can I Connect to Multiple ARM Microcontrollers at the Same Time?

Problem:
I have two ULINK2 JTAG connectors along with the Keil MCB2300 evaluation board and the Luminary Micro LM3S8962 evaluation board.  I want to connect both evaluation boards to my computer at the same time and download to them alternatingly.  However, I keep getting a µVision error when I run either of the project VIs.

Solution:
You cannot successfully communicate with any ULINK2 device when more than one is connected to your computer at the same time.  µVision begins to initialize, but the initialization fails shortly after beginning, as depicted in the three images below.

In order to download a program to multiple evaluation boards, you must physically disconnect your first controller from the ULINK2 JTAG connector after loading your program and then connect your second controller to the ULINK2 JTAG connector.  You may then load your program onto the second controller.
