Can I Create an Executable that Requires the User to Register?

Problem:
I'm building an executable for distribution and want to require the user to register the program. I'd also like to have the program reduce in functionality if not registered within the first 30 days of use. Can I do this with a LabVIEW built executable?

Solution:
No, this is something you cannot do with a LabVIEW built executable. Also, there isn't a way to limit functionality.
