Why do I lose my signature codes for any and all Electronics Workbench products when the Network License Server is restarted?

Primary Software: Electronics Workbench>>Multisim
Primary Software Version: 8.2.5

Secondary Software: Electronics Workbench>>Ultiboard

Problem: Whenever you restart the computer that contains the Network License Server (NLS), it loses all of the signature codes for the registered computers on the network. They have to be re-entered every time the administrator resets the server.

Solution: The solution is to manually save the setup file for the next time you restart the computer. To save the setup file, complete the following steps:
  1. Enter all the signatures on NLS as you would normally do
  2. Click on the restart button
  3. Click on O.K on the following pop up screens
  4. Close NLS down
  5. Start it back up
  6. Click on the Restart button once again (this saves the setup file for the next time you restart the machine)
