ActiveX Error in TestStand When using .NET 2.0 Framework

Primary Software: TestStand
Primary Software Version: 3.5
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem:
Why Do I Get the ActiveX Error sCode=0xffffbc66 in TestStand When Running the .NET Automated Tests in the .NET 2.0 Framework?

Solution:
The error occurs because TestStand has loaded version 2.0 of the .NET Framework and something else requires version 1.1 of the .NET Framework.
Please see the Knowledge Base linked below for forcing TestStand to use version 1.1 of the .NET Framework.
