Why Are The Sound and Vibration 5.0 Express VIs Missing From My Functions Palette?

Problem:

I installed the Sound and Vibration Toolkit (or Measurements Suite) 5.0 to my machine but the Express VIs are missing from the functions palette. I also notice that "code generation" from my Sound and Vibration Assistant seems to create broken code.

Solution:

A known issue occurs when Signal Express 2.0 and the Sound and Vibration Toolkit (or Measurement Suite) 5.0 are installed into different versions of LabVIEW. If this is the case on your machine, then you may experience the previously mentioned problems. The attached zip file will install the missing files correctly; see the readme file for installation instructions.
