"No Drivers Available" Message When Calibrating Counters on DAQ Cards Primary Software: Calibration ExecutivePrimary Software Version: 3.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: I am using Calibration Executive to calibrate the counters my DAQ board. The calibrator and DMM are found, but not the counter and a "No Drivers Available" message appears. Solution: This message is an expected behavior. It is indicating that Calibration Executive does not currently have driver support for external counters. Calibration Executive communicates with the external DMM, calibrator, and counters through a GPIB bus. Currently there is only GPIB driver support for the DMM and calibrator in Calibration Executive. It will be necessary to manually take the reading from your counter and enter it into Calibration Executive. Calibration of counters requires only one reading.
