Can I Create a PDA Executable without the LabVIEW Application Builder?

Problem:
I would like to deploy an application to my PDA, but I do not have the Application Builder. Is this required to deploy PDA applications?

Solution:
The LabVIEW Application Builder is not required to build PDA applications. The LabVIEW PDA Module contains the necessary tools to create an executable that can be deployed to a PDA target. It should be noted that any executable generated from this build can only be run on a PDA. In other words, the PDA module is not a substitute for the LabVIEW Application builder.
