Problem: I would like to enable and view the NI Volume License Manager's (NI VLM) debug log. How do I do this? Solution: For VLM 2.1 and Later: You can no longer turn off the debug log, due to a known issue in the Accresso FLEXnet architecture, however the debug log file is located in the same location mentioned below. For VLM 2.0 and Previous: To enable the debug log from NI VLM, go to Options » Preferences » Policies and check Enable Debug Log. You must enable this option and then click Apply Changes or Start License Server before this feature will work.
