NI 9505 Module Chassis Power LED is not Illuminated when Plugged into a Powered cRIO Chassis Hardware: Motion Control>>Power Drives>>NI 9505
Problem: My cRIO chassis is powered up and working properly, but the green power LED is not on, even though the NI 9505 Operating Instructions say... "The Power LED (green) illuminates when the NI 9505 is properly inserted into a powered chassis."Why is the power LED not illuminated? Solution: Some of the cRIO chassis' include a sleep mode (mentioned on page 13 of the NI 9505 Operating Instructions). If the cRIO chassis is in sleep mode, the power LED will not be illuminated. Once you actually communicate with or use the NI 9505 module, the power LED will illuminate.
