Base Address Conflicts with PC-LPM-16 Legacy BoardsHardware: Legacy DAQ Devices>>Multifunction DAQ>>PC-LPM-16
Problem: I am encountering base address conflicts when attempting to install a PC-LPM-16. These conflicts seem to arise irregardless of the rocker switch settings and the base address availabilities of my system. Also, the "Off" label and the arrow that appear on my board seem to indicate conflicting directions. How should I configure the switches to avoid these conflicts? Solution: When installing your PC-LPM-16, follow the software instructions, paying particular attention to the correct rocker switch settings. However, on the board, assume "Off" is in the direction of the label and not the arrow. If that fails, try inverting the rocker switches (a5-a9) and keep the software settings the same.
