Report Object Generates a Black HTML Page

Problem: I am using the Report object in Lookout to generate a static HTML page that shows my process panel. I have been using the Report object successfully for quite some time now. However, on this particular computer, the Report object always generates a black process panel in the HTML file. How can I fix this problem?

Solution: The black screen is caused by a screen setting on the computer, such as a setting of 256 colors. Complete the following steps to change the color setting to either high-color (16-bit) or true-color (32-bit).
  1. Select Start»Settings»Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Display icon and select the Settings tab.
  3. Change the Colors setting from 256 colors to high-color (16-bit) or true-color (32-bit).
  4. Regenerate the HTML file.
