Why Are My System Option Settings for, "User Can Not Exit Lookout" Not Having the Proper Effect?Primary Software: LookoutPrimary Software Version: 5.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: 5.1 Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: I have configured my System Options in Lookout to allow a user with a security level lower than 8 to be able to exit Lookout (System>>Options User cannot exit Lookout). However, when users with seemingly adequate security privileges try to exit Lookout, they are not able. Why isn't this working? Solution: This problem appears in both Lookout 5.0 and Lookout 5.1, so a fix has been created to resolve this issue. The fixes for Lookout can be downloaded from the link below.
