Last Calibration Date Window Displays Incorrect DatePrimary Software: Calibration ExecutivePrimary Software Version: 2.2 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: When running an external calibration procedure with Calibration Executive 2.2, the "Last Calibration Date" window displays the original factory calibration date, even if I performed a new calibration recently, similar to the following figure.
It seems like my new calibration constants are not being saved. What do I have to do to save my calibration data? Solution: The calibration procedure is running correctly. Calibration Executive 2.2 uses DAQmx to calibrate E Series and S Series boards, but the procedure still retrieves the calibration date from the Traditional DAQ database. So while the new constants are being calculated and stored in the board's EEPROM, the procedure only updates the time stamp in the DAQmx area. You can verify that the calibration has been completed successfully by opening Measurement & Automation Explorer, navigating to your device within the NI-DAQmx Devices folder, and clicking on the Calibration tab. There you can see the DAQmx calibration time stamp. Related Links: NI Calibration Executive - Products and Services Attachments:
