Why is the Stripe on my SCC-CTR01 Module Blue Instead of Yellow as the Documentation Indicates it Should Be? Hardware: SCC>>Modules>>SCC-CTR01
Problem: My SCC-CTR01 module has a blue stripe on the label which seems to indicate it is compatible with analog input slots in my SCC carrier. The documentation indicates that this stripe should actually be yellow to indicate its true compatibility with counter slots. Why is this? Solution: Early runs of SCC-CTR01 modules were labeled incorrectly. There is no functional difference, and all SCC-CTR01 modules are compatible only with counter slots. If you would like to have this overlay replaced with a properly-colored yellow label please contact NI to arrange for an RMA of your module. Related Links: Attachments:
