Renumbering PXI Chassis Does not Update My Chassis Number in My RIO Devices

Problem:
I am using some R-Series devices in my PXI chassis.  However, when I renumber my chassis using Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) and click on my RIO device that is in that chassis, the chassis number does not change.  Why is this, and how can I change it?

Solution:
Your RIO devices will not update with the new chassis number until you reboot your controller.  When you reboot your controller, you will see that your chassis number in your RIO devices is now updated with the number you gave your chassis number before rebooting.
