Problem: When running the NI 4350/4351 Calibration Procedure 1.0 with NI-DAQ 6.8.1, I get Error 10401. What is causing this? Solution: There is an update available for the NI 4350/4351 1.0 Calibration Procedure that addresses this issue. This update replaces version 1.0 of the NI 4350/4351 calibration procedure. The original procedure incorrectly adjusted the excitation current on the NI 4350/4351 to 20 uA instead of 25 uA. This may result in Error 10401 due to NI-DAQ 6.8.x and later not recognizing the NI 435x board. This update is available through the link below.
