Problem: I have logged on to Lookout with a user account that has a security level of 10. When I try to add users to Lookout user manager, Lookout gives me error saying 'User currently logged does not have administrative right'. How can I solve this problem? Solution: Even if you have a security level 10 when you logged on to Lookout you don't have the privilege to add user accounts. Only users logged on as administrator have a privilege to add and/or delete users in the user manager.
