Why Isn't the Help Displayed in NI License Manager?

Problem: I opened up NI License Manager and on the right pane it looks like the help cannot be displayed. Why is this?

Solution: If NI License Manager is installed to a path with multi-byte characters, such as those in East Asian languages, then the help cannot be shown in the right pane. To view the help files, instead of looking at the right pane, you can access the same help files by going to Help»Contents from NI License Manager.
