Remove Procedures in Calibration Executive Primary Software: Calibration ExecutivePrimary Software Version: 3.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: How to remove procedures in Calibration Executive? Solution: You can remove the procedures by going to the Calibration Executive Procedures folder (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\procedures) and remove files that correspond to the boards that you do not want to use. If a folder is removed, all the boards in that category will be removed from the procedure. Example: To remove all M-Series boards go to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\procedures and remove the MIO DAQmx folder. If you want to remove only a particular board, go to the procedure folder, select the product category and remove the .ini file for the specific board. Example: To remove the PCI-6221 board. Go to the folder C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\procedures\MIO DAQmx\Devices and remove the PCI-6221.ini file NOTE: Deleting the .ini may not be advisable, because you will need to reinstall Calibration Executive if you want to calibrate those particular boards in the future. You can create a new folder in the appropriate directory and place the unwanted .ini files in that directory. That way, when you need to calibrate the particular board in the future you can place the corresponding .ini file in the appropriate folder.
