Measuring DC Voltages with the NI USB-9233 Dynamic Signal Acquisition Device

Problem:
Can the NI USB-9233 DSA device measure DC voltages?

Solution:
No. The NI USB-9233 is an AC-coupled device, which means that there is a capacitor in series with the inputs that blocks DC voltages and offset. This is further explained in the Operating Instructions and Specifications Manual linked below.    

The specifications state that the lower AC cutoff frequency (-3dB point) is at 0.5 Hz.
