How Do I Remove Disconnected Hardware Names from My Remote Systems in MAX?

Problem:
I have connected numerous hardware devices running a Real-Time operating system to my computer. Now that they're disconnected, I still have their names or IP addresses listed under Remote Systems in the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). How can I remove all of them at once?

Solution:
Follow this procedure:
  1. Open MAX and expand Remote Systems.


  2. Right-click Remote Systems and select Delete Disconnected Systems.



  3. Select Yes as a confirmation to delete the disconnected items.



  4. Note that all disconnected items have been deleted.
