Automatically Scaling the Measurement Studio Scatter Graph Y-Axis when the X-Axis Range is ChangedPrimary Software: Measurement Studio>>Professional Edition (Base Package)Primary Software Version: 8.5 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: I am using a Measurement Studio Scatter Graph and I have set the mode to AutoScale. I notice that if I then set the X-Axis range to display a subset of the data that has Y-values that lie bellow the bounds that were set with the original data, the Y-Axis does not automatically scale to the subset of data. How can I configure the Y-Axis to automatically scale when I change the range of the X-Axis? Solution: New functionality was added into Measurement Studio 8.5 to allow you to configure the Scatter Graph Y-Axis to scale with the Y-Values in a subset of data that you specify when setting the X-Axis range. Step 1: Configure the Scatter Graph to AutoScaleLoose
Step 2: Configure the Y-Axes to AutoScaleLoseVisible
