Problem: I am using the Circuit Design Suite (Multisim and/or Ultiboard) to make a schematic and PCB layout for my project yesterday, and today Circuit Design Suite won't open my file. It looks like my file is corrupted, is there a way for me to recover the file? Solution: By default, Circuit Design Suite creates a security copy file for your design and it is saved in the same location where you saved your design. In Multisim or Ultiboard do the following:
If you don't see a security copy file in this folder, it is likely that you have disabled the security copy feature. To turn the feature back on select Options»Global Preferences»Save Tab and place a check in the Create a "Security Copy" box. Related Links: Attachments:
