Problem: When I launch MATRIXx 6.3 I get a message saying that the feature NIUpdate is not available. I have other versions of MATRIXx on the same machine and they still work. What should I do? Solution: NIUpdate is a new feature that is required to run MATRIXx 6.3 and all versions in the future. It is used to distinguish active users who are entitled to upgrades from users with perpetual licenses. Users that have SSP can request a new set of keycodes from matrixx@ni.com. Attach your current license.dat file and config.txt files. NIUpdate will be added to your configuration. If you have already requested a new keycode, and you still get the error message, you may have an old version of the featlist.enc file. The correct featlist.enc is installed by MATRIXx 6.3.
