Problem:
How do I synchronize 3 E-series boards using 3 SC-2040's?

Solution:
This can be achieved by:

1. Setting up the master board as you would, if it was being used with just one SC-2040.
2. Explicitly enable output on PFI 7 and make it output the Scan In Progress signal (using the Route Signal VI or Select_Signal VI in NI-DAQ).
