Problem: I recently installed DIAdem and the LabVIEW DIAdem Connectivity VIs on my computer. I always have a broken arrow when attempting to use one of the Automation Command VIs like DIAdem Run Automation Command.vi in my program. I opened the block diagram of this VI and there is a broken arrow with an error that indicates a method does not exist. Solution: You must start DIAdem once before attempting to use these VIs. The DIAdem Run Automation Command VI makes calls to the DIAdem automation server. However the necessary DLL is not registered to the system until you start DIAdem for the first time. The invoke node used in the VI will not recognize the vCmdV method and show an error until the DLL is registered on the system. Related Links: DIAdem Connectivity VIs Attachments:
