Problem: I am using Requirements Gateway, and whenever I try to connect to my DOORS server, I get an error message that the connection cannot be created. The DOORS client works. How can I get Requirements Gateway to connect to my DOORS server? Solution: When Requirements Gateway tries to connect to a DOORS server, it uses information stored in the Windows registry and an environment variable. Not all connection methods to a DOORS server require this information to be created. Verify these items exist if you cannot connect to the DOORS server from Requirements Gateway There are two sets of items you must verify.
