What Do I Do If I Could Not Get an Activation Code?

Problem: I tried to activate my product, but when I go through the activation process, I don't get an activation code.

Solution: Activation codes are generated based upon the combination of product, serial number, version, and computer ID.

Ensure the correct information was entered. Verify:
  1. Computer ID
  2. Product - for example, LabVIEW and LabVIEW Remote Panels are not the same.
  3. Version
  4. Serial Number

If possible, use the "Auto" activation method. This method doesn't require any manual data entry except for the serial number. This method does require an internet connection on the computer trying to activate. It will automatically install the activation code if the serial number matches the product.
