How Can I Add My Reusable VIs (or FPGA IP) to the FPGA Functions Palette?

Primary Software: LabVIEW Modules>>FPGA Module
Primary Software Version: 8.5.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem:
I am not able to add user libraries to my FPGA module as the functions palette does not have any option to add user libraries like the LabVIEW Development Environment.

Solution:
Replace the <LabVIEW>:\Targets\NI\FPGA\menus\default\root.mnu file with the attached root.mnu file. The User Libraries menu will be available in the functions palette on reloading the palette or restarting LabVIEW.  See the Related Links section for more information on adding VIs to the User Libraries subpalette.
