Why Does DisplayMessage VI Not Display Correct Cyrillic Characters?

Problem:
I read the KnowledgeBase 42EDR3LA and I followed the instructions on how to set cyrillic fonts in LabVIEW. Everything works fine except for the DisplayMessage VI. This vi displays unclear characters into the pop-up that generates when called. How can I do to solve this issue?

Solution:
To make the pop-up window to display cyrillic characters you need to change the following items from Control Panel»Regional And Language Options:  
  1. Click on Start»Settings»Control Panel.
  2. Double-click on Regional and Language Options.
  3. Click on the Regional Options  tab.
  4. Select from the Standards and formats menu and from the Location menu the cyrillic input language of your choice than click Apply.
  5. Click on the Languages tab.
  6. Click on Details.
  7. Select the cyrillic language of your choice as Default input language you want to use.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Apply and than OK again

Here attached you can find an example code that contains the Display Message.vi with Russian language.
