Loading a VI in TestStand With the Run-Time Engine Produces a VI Version Error

Problem:
When I load a LabVIEW VI using the Run-time Engine I get the following error,

Unable to load VI '[VI name]' with the Run-Time Engine. It is possible that the version of the VI or one of its subVIs is not the same as the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine version.

The VI is the correct version.  What is happening?

Solution:
If you try to load a VI under an unsaved LabVIEW library while using the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine, you will see this error.  Save the LabVIEW library to solve the problem.
