Why are my recommended software sets broken after I installed NI-FieldPoint 6.0.1?

Primary Software: Driver Software>>NI-FieldPoint
Primary Software Version: 6.0.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: LabVIEW Modules>>Real-Time Module

Problem:
I upgraded to NI-FieldPoint 6.0.1 or LabVIEW 8.5.1. Now when I try to install software on my Real-Time FieldPoint controller, my recommended software sets for LabVIEW 8.5 are greyed out. How do I fix this?

Solution:
This can be fixed by following these steps:

• Download the attached zip files: 4.9 zip and 4.9XT zip
• Extract 4.9 zip to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\RT Images\Logos
• Extract 4.9XT zip to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\RT Images\LogosXT\4.9
• Restart your computer

Note: Software can still be installed onto the Real-Time FieldPoint controller when the recommended software set is greyed out. Select Custom Installation from the Real-Time Software Wizard in Measurement and Automation Explorer and FieldPoint software will be available for installation.
