Problem: I want to use a Traditional NI-DAQ Virtual Channel and a NI-DAQmx Task in the same VI Logger execution. Is this possible? Solution: Yes. Starting with VI Logger 2.0 NI-DAQmx Tasks are now supported. The Full Edition of VI Logger 2.0 also supports the use of Traditional NI-DAQ. As long as the Traditional NI-DAQ Channel and the NI-DAQmx Task are referencing different devices, VI Logger will operate appropriately. If the Traditional NI-DAQ Channel is trying to use the same device as the NI-DAQmx Task, the driver conflict will create an error. VI Logger Lite does not support Traditional NI-DAQ Channels.
