What is the Purpose of the Signal Tab in the Switch Executive Routes Configuration Page Hardware:
Problem: I am configuring a switch in NI Switch Executive. In the Channels tab I can see the electrical attributes for each of the channels on my switch. When I go to the Routes configuration page and select the Signal tab, the attributes table is empty. What is the purpose of this table? Solution: The Signal attributes table allows you to filter which endpoints are displayed based on the actual parameter of the signal you need to switch. For example, if you need to switch a signal that has frequency components up to 10 MHz, you can enter this in the bandwidth field and only endpoints with at least 10 MHz bandwidth will be displayed. You can also enter multiple attributes to search on more than one criteria. Related Links: Attachments:
