USB Host Controller Chipsets for use with M Series USB / NI CompactDAQ Hardware: CompactDAQ>>Backplanes>>cDAQ-9172, Multifunction DAQ (MIO)>>Portable>>USB-6251
Problem: I am using a USB host controller with the ALi chipset. I find that my USB M Series and NI CompactDAQ devices are not found by Windows. These devices work fine on another computer. What could be the problem? Solution: We have found that the chipsets used in some USB host controllers do not work with M Series USB or NI CompactDAQ. Testing has shown that USB host controllers with the ALi chipset do not work with our USB products. All other USB host controllers that we have tested will work with M Series USB and NI CompactDAQ. These USB host controllers that work with our products include those based on VIA, NEC and Intel chipsets. Related Links: Attachments:
