NI Assistant Host Crash in LabVIEW 8.2.1 When Using Signal Express Express VIs

Problem:
I installed LabVIEW 8.2.1 and either Control Design Toolkit 2.1.1 or System Identification Toolkit 3.0.1. When I try to use the VIs found in the function palette under Express»SignalExpress»Analog »Frequency-Domain Measurements I see a crash in the NI Assistant Host. This does not seem to affect the rest of LabVIEW, how can I use these VIs?

Solution:
The express VIs found in the Express»SignalExpress»Analog»Frequency-Domain Measurements Palette appear by mistake and should not be used. You will have access to these VIs if you have installed and licensed Signal Express 2.x.
