SystemBuild Crash when Adding Time Points to Waveform Block with Multiple Outputs Primary Software: MATRIXxPrimary Software Version: 7.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: 7.1 Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: When using a waveform block SystemBuild (sysbld.exe) may crash when the number of time points in the block is increased. This happens when there are several outputs and the number of added time points is large. The neural network tools may also crash while creating a training block, since it is also using the waveform block. Solution: There is an error in the way the waveform block allocates memory. The error has been fixed in MATRIXx 7.1. See related link for information on getting an update. A workaround is to set the number of outputs from the block to 1 before increase the number of time points. When done the number of outputs can be set back to the original number. It is also possible to avoid the crash by slowly increasing the number of time points. Related Links: Products and Services: MATRIXx Attachments:
