Where Can I Get Support for RealSim?

Problem: Will National Instruments continue to support RealSim? If not, where can I get support for RealSim?

Solution: Although NI acquired MATRIXx, we did not acquire the RealSim hardware (AC-1000, AC-104, and PCI-Pro). Wind River retains the ownership of the hardware but is not supporting the product line. WindRiver has made available the attached parts list for the RealSim hardware so that customers can self-service existing systems.

Questions related to RealSim software should be directed to National Instruments. We can assist you in identifying a solution for rapid-prototyping and hardware in the loop (HIL) applications. We are developing software to make it easy to target NI hardware, including real-time PXI, with MATRIXx. Please contact National Instruments for details.
