Known Issues with Uninstalling LabVIEW Instrument Driver Import Wizard (LabVIEW Interface Generator for LabWindows/CVI Instrument Drivers) v1.2.1

Problem:
There is a known issue when uninstalling the LabVIEW Front Panel Converter from LabVIEW 8.6 or later (LabVIEW Instrument Driver Import Wizard), but what must be done before uninstalling to prevent this issue?

Solution:
Two Xerces rc files are removed from LabVIEW when users uninstall LabVIEW Front Panel Converter v1.2.1 from LabVIEW 8.6 or later.  This breaks the Xerces component.  The workaround requires the user to manually backup the following two files and replace them after the uninstallation:

<LVROOT>\resource\objmgr\DOMUserDefRef.rc
<LVROOT>\resource\objmgr\DOMUserDefRef.rch
