Error 1074135039 Occurred Using Calibration Executive

Primary Software: Calibration Executive
Primary Software Version: 2.2
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem: I am using the Calibration Executive Software to calibrate my SCXI device and I get
Error 1074135039 : An IVI Interface error occurred at Step Update Calibration Voltage in Sequence . Verify SCXI Module. Why am I getting this error?

Solution: There are two reasons why this error might occur.
  1. If the SCXI-1100 has been configured to measure current rather than voltage. Users may install current shunt resistors inside the SCXI-1100 to measure current. Within Calibration Executive, there is no solution to this issue. National Instruments does not recommend removing the resistors.
  2. Another possible cause of this error is if you are trying to calibrate a module configured to use a particular terminal block and you are actually using a different one. For example, if you are trying to calibrate the SCXI 1102 module and it is configured to use the SCXI 1300 terminal block while you are actually using the SCXI 1320, this error will occur.
