Problem: When using AT E Series devices with NI-DAQ 7.0 or 7.1, I receive errors from the Test Panels in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) that state: Device is not responding to the first DMA channelAccording to the Device Manager, all 3 DMA channels seem to be configured correctly, but the MAX Test Panels report that the device is not responding to the first DMA channel. I also receive Error 10800 (timeout) in DAQ_Op calls with any AT E-Series device in NI-DAQ 7.0 or 7.1. How do I correct these issues? Solution: You can still acquire data with the AT E Series device, but the device cannot use DMA channels. PCI and PXI E Series devices are not affected by this issue.
