Missing VI error when installing GOOP Wizard 2.0

Problem: When installing GOOP Wizard 2.0 and you only have LabVIEW Base Package, I get an error; "Missing VI"

Solution: Installation of GOOP Wizard 2.0 requires LabVIEW Full Development System or Professional Development system.
Upgrade to LabVIEW Full or Professional Development System
