Configuring the Trigger HI and LO Text for the Event Object

Problem: I am using the Event object in Lookout, and want to include both text and numeric values in the Description. How can I combine the two types?

Solution: You can use the text operator & to join the text and the numeric together. For example:

Trigger hi text = "The pot value is " & Pot1.value

will result in the Event description reading: The pot value is 45
