How Can I Enable The "PDF Export" Option in DIAdem 10.2?

Problem:
I installed DIAdem 10.2 base version on my desktop PC. But i noticed that after selecting the Report Tab, under File i noticed that the step PDF Export... was disabled. How can i made this option available?


Solution:
It was possible that something may have been corrupted in the PDF Printer Driver during installation procedure. This can usually be fixed with these steps:
  1. Close DIAdem.
  2. Navigate to Start»Settings»Printers and Faxes.
  3. In the Printers and Faxes window you should see the DIAdem PDF Export printer. Right-click the DIAdem PDF Export printer and select Delete.
  4. Open DIAdem again. This should recreate the DIAdem PDF Export printer in the Printers and Faxes window.
  5. Go to the report and verify that the PDF Export option is available in the File menu.
