Problem: My switch modules appear under PXI System in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX), but one or more of them does not appear under NI-DAQmx Devices. Also, when I open Device Manager, I see my switch under NI-VISA PXI Devices. Solution: In order to fix this issue, it is necessary to manually point the switch to the NI-DAQmx driver in order for the switch to appear in the correct location in MAX and so that the switch functions properly. Follow the steps in the KnowledgeBase in the Related Links section below. When following the steps of this KnowledgeBase, you may see several of the same switches listed.
