Error -1074135028 When Closing Session to NI 5102Hardware: Modular Instruments>>High-Speed Digitizers (Scopes)>>PCI-5102, Modular Instruments>>High-Speed Digitizers (Scopes)>>PXI-5102
Problem: I am using an NI 5102 digitizer with the NI-SCOPE 3.5.1 driver. Whenever I stop my program using the niScope Close VI, I receive an error -1074135028, as seen below. What is causing this error and how can I fix it?![]() Solution: NI-SCOPE 3.5.1 originally contained a problem which causes the NI 5102 to return an Attribute ID not recognized error when the niScope Close VI is called. This has been corrected in the version posted on Drivers and Updates, but if you downloaded the driver between April 1st and April 30th 2009, or installed version 3.5.1 from CD, you may encounter this error. To solve the problem, you can download the attached niScopeDAQ2u.dll and replace the existing one located in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory. If you choose to ignore the error, the device can still be used.Related Links: Drivers and Updates: NI-SCOPE 3.5.1 - Windows 2000/Vista x64/Vista x86/XP Attachments:
