Timeout When Running the "tkds30xx" Getting Started VI

Primary Software: Instrument Drivers/IVI>>IVI Driver Templates
Primary Software Version: 2.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: LabVIEW Development Systems

Problem: I receive a timeout error when running the Getting Started.vi for the tkds30xx IVI driver. Why is this happening?

Solution: If you set the "trigger level" too high or too low (causing the acquisition not to trigger), the time-out error will occur. In this case the oscilloscope displays the message "Trig?", which signifies that the signal did not trigger the acquisition. You should change the trigger level. If this does not help, you should try to use the "Initiate Acquisition.vi" and then the "Fetch Waveform.vi" instead of the "Read Waveform.vi" that is used in the Getting Started example.
